We use a similar methodology to CrossFit® whereby functional movements are performed at high-intensity, however, our WODS only contain simple, fundamental exercises, that means no kipping and no barbells, just kettlebells, dumbbells, running and rowing. This means everyone can enjoy an incredible workout without being limited by what exercises they can or can't do, or what equipment they have access too.
